Operations Supervisor - Domestic


Job Description:


·        Handling employee concerns and provide conflict resolution.

·        Ensuring highest level of quality customer care is delivered as per set benchmarks.

·        Client Coordination.

·        Provide Trending Reports.

·        Calibration Facilitation.

·        Calls Listening Sessions.

·        Auditing of transactions performed by OPS team.

·        Monitor & score strategic yet random customer transactions.

·        Participate in calibration.

·        Call Listening Session.

·        Reporting & Analysis.

·        To have knowledge regarding efficient usage of software for data entry and/or searching.

·        Identify and foresee problems in the existing operations system and come up with solutions and improvements in it.

·        Improve and facilitate team work and coordination through effective communication within the team.

·        Take escalation calls when needed and promote exceptional customer service by providing first hand resolution.

·        Knowledge of the processes outlined for:

Case Handling

Call backs



Reporting / Data Logging


Job Specification:


·        Excellent communication skills in English/Urdu language

·        (Both Verbal & Written).

·        Effective listening skills.

·        Command over MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
